Sample Review
During my time at Diggs there was a large push to expand many of the product lines. I was tasked with reviewing incoming samples, comparing differences, cataloging, and documenting flaws we wanted to fix. This gave me a lot of experience learning the catalogue and an introduction to communicating with manufacturers.
Customer Research
We engaged frequently directly with customers to get feedback on products. As a startup, we often helped manage product returns and did hosted events for the public to try our products for free. Managing the returns helped show where products failed and dislikes when using. At a dog daycare we held a feedback session with dog owners and their dogs to update new products.
Bed Donations
One part of my job was sorting through samples that are not needed anymore to find which ones could be donated to an animal shelter. Many companies will archive samples until they are disposed but this ensured they weren't wasted.

The current offering from the company is more focused but this was their website when they were selling more soft goods and accessories.
