home about me

I'm an industrial designer driven by curiosity and a love of learning, whether that's painting in a new medium, picking up new software, or diving into a niche sport. Mostly I like chasing the why and how behind every question I have.

Currently I design architectural lighting and custom solutions at QTL. Before that, my design background spanned pet gear, culinary products, athletic equipment, soft goods, and apparel. I also co-founded Amou Collective, a small clothing brand started with friends, which taught me production realities firsthand. We manufactured our own screens, ran our own embroidery machine, and stitched every tag into every item. It was very rewarding to be able to sell products to people in my community as well as across the country.

Lately I've been building things in app and web development, open-source hardware, and learning more about local AI. I also make small games, paint in watercolor, and spend time outside hiking and reading.
